Vafels builds on the original Dutch stroopwafel format, using a brown rice syrup base in the filling as the primary carbohydrate source. It's a steadier option than straight sugar and works well for fuelling across longer training sessions or before an event. The coffee flavour comes from organic coffee in the syrup, balanced with caramel notes from the brown rice base. All ingredients are certified organic, with no artificial additives, no dairy, and no eggs. Soy lecithin keeps the filling smooth and consistent. A practical mid-session food for cycling, running, and triathlon where solid foods makes a difference over another gel.
