Four fabrics do four different jobs across the suit. Aeromax covers the body front at 115g/m² (85% polyester / 15% elastane) for a light, second-skin fit through the torso, while a heavier 150g/m² High-Speed Light fabric (80% polyester / 20% elastane) wraps the back with a horizontally patterned surface that optimises airflow in real racing conditions. The sleeves run a dedicated 150g/m² 3D AeroWeave blend (65% polyester / 35% elastane) with a raised-ridge construction that disrupts airflow at the point of contact, and the bottom half switches to a firmer 210g/m² Thunderbike Power fabric (80% nylon / 20% elastane) built to hold its shape under load on the bike. Precision-cut arm cuffs finish the sleeves with a seamless, aerodynamic edge instead of a hemmed border, cutting one more point of drag.

The Pro Carbon Chamois is perforated for faster drying and targeted support on long-course days, finished with minimalist zig-zag stitching that keeps the pad flexible and next-to-nothing rather than bulky underneath you. Seamless leg construction uses internal silicone grippers instead of an elastic band, so the hem holds firm on the bike without leaving a pressure line or bunching once you're running. The suit ships in a reusable, water-resistant storage pouch built to keep essentials dry at the pool, beach, or in transition.
