The Skratch Labs Energy Bar was designed by sports scientist Dr Allen Lim while working as a cycling coach. His athletes were complaining about heavy bars that sat in their stomachs, so he set out to create something better. This bar is just one result of his efforts and Skratch has nailed the brief in terms of taste, enjoyment and nutrition.
