Each gel delivers 25g of carbohydrates from organic maple syrup, naturally providing an almost 1:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio. This balanced carbohydrate profile helps maximise energy absorption by using multiple carbohydrate transport pathways, supporting faster fuel delivery while reducing the risk of gut discomfort common with high-fructose fuelling options.
SAP also contains 100mg of sodium from Himalayan salt to support hydration, muscle function and nerve signalling during endurance exercise.
