INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix one serve into 450–500 ml of water and consume within 30 minutes post-exercise. Ideal after high-intensity or prolonged endurance sessions.
PURE's weight-based serving recommendations:
50-70 kg – 4 scoops (23g Protein)
80-90 kg – 5 scoops (29g Protein) 100+ kg – 6 scoops (34.8g Protein)This product uses a weight-based dosing system to better match the energy and protein needs of different body sizes and training demands. A standard one-size-fits-all serving may underdeliver or overdeliver based on bodyweight.
