DIRECTIONS:
GO FAR: Mix one serving of GO FAR Endurance Fuel with 20oz (600ml) of water. Drink one serving of INFINIT performance fuel per hour. No extra gels, bars, chews or salt capsules needed.
SPEED: Mix one serving of SPEED with 20oz (600ml) of water. Consume before and during workouts lasting up to 3 hours (one serving per hour of activity).
REPAIR: Mix one serving of REPAIR with 500ml of water or milk. Consume within 30-60 minutes after activity for optimal results.
