During exercise lasting over 3 hours, utilize Hammer Gel as a secondary calorie source. For longer durations, switch to Perpetuem® as your primary fuel. To avoid flavour fatigue, Hammer Gel can be combined with Perpetuem or other Hammer fuel options. Remember to count calories from all sources to prevent overconsumption.
