Each Amacx Turbo Gel delivers 40g of carbohydrates in a proven 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio. Using multiple carbohydrate transport pathways allows for higher carbohydrate absorption rates compared to single source formulas, supporting sustained energy during prolonged endurance exercise. This ratio is widely used to help athletes target 60 to 90g of carbs per hour with reduced risk of gastrointestinal distress.
The gel also contains 200mg of sodium to assist with fluid balance and electrolyte replacement, particularly valuable in hot conditions. Because water is already added, it can be consumed without additional fluid, making it practical during high heart rate efforts such as climbs, surges or race finishes.
