TORQ builds every gel on a 2:1 Maltodextrin:Fructose ratio, engineered to push more carbohydrate through the gut per hour than a single-carb-source gel can manage without upsetting your stomach. Each 45g tube carries 29g of carbohydrates, alongside all five key electrolytes (sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium and magnesium) to help offset what you're losing through sweat.
