INSTRUCTIONS: Dissolve 2 scoops (50g) of product in 250-300ml of water or any vegetable-based drink and shake. Consume 250-300ml up to 45 minutes after exercise. For a perfect dissolution it is recommended to add a part of liquid, the product and shake vigorously to finish filling the mixture with the liquid.
