INGREDIENTS: Sodium chloride, potassium chloride, tripotassium citrate monohydrate, magnesium stearate vegetable (anti-caking agent),magnesium gluconate, magnesium citrate anhidrous, tricalcium citrate tetrahydrate, calcium gluconate, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent) and cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3).
INSTRUCTIONS: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after exercise and 1 capsule every 30 -60 minutes during exercise with at least one glass of water (150 ml)
