INGREDIENTS: Sodium chloride, glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), magnesium citrate, potassium chloride, powdered ginger root (Zingiber officinalis roscoe)(Root), magnesium gluconate, potassium citrate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), calcium citrate, calcium gluconate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), cholecalciferol (vitamin D) and pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
INSTRUCTIONS: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after exercise and 1 capsule every 30 -60 minutes during exercise with at last one glass of water (150 ml)
